I really enjoy the new I-Roast. I waited a long time for the new model to come out and I must admit, it was worth the wait. I like that it can roast more beans in comparison to your previous model (Precision Roaster). I find the beans are evenly roasted and I think the variable fan speed setting is just about right to keep the beans uniformly heated. I also like the column in the center that the beans spill over during the roasting process. In addition, the programmable features are nice once you get the feel for how you want the beans to roast.
